Agreement To These Terms
By Visiting The Website, Submitting An Order, Registering For A Webinar, Creating An Account, Downloading Materials, Or Accessing A Program, The User Agrees To These Terms And The Policies Incorporated By Reference.
If A Person Purchases A Service For Another Participant, The Purchaser Is Responsible For Informing The Participant Of Applicable Terms And Confirming That The Participant Is Eligible To Use The Service.
Eligibility
The Services Are Intended For Adults Who Are Legally Able To Enter A Binding Agreement. Users From Thirteen Through Seventeen May Participate Only With The Permission And Involvement Of A Parent Or Legal Guardian. Children Under Thirteen May Not Create An Account Or Submit Personal Data.

Live Webinar Dates, Times, Time Zones, Platforms, And Access Instructions Are Provided In The Registration Information Or Confirmation. Participants Are Responsible For A Compatible Device, Stable Internet Connection, Working Audio Or Video Where Required, And Timely Attendance.
A Webinar May Be Rescheduled Due To Instructor Illness, Platform Failure, Insufficient Enrollment, Safety Concern, Or Other Circumstance Outside Reasonable Control. Where Practical, A Replacement Date, Recording, Credit, Or Refund Will Be Offered According To The Cancellation And Refund Policy.
Participants May Not Record, Stream, Republish, Or Distribute A Webinar Without Prior Written Permission.
Digital Courses, Videos, Guides, And Templates
Digital Materials May Be Delivered Through Download, Email, Account Access, Or A Third-Party Learning Platform. Access Duration Is Shown In The Offer Or Confirmation. Users Should Save Permitted Downloads During The Access Period.
Digital Materials Are Licensed For Personal Educational Use. Purchase Does Not Transfer Copyright, Ownership, Resale Rights, Or The Right To Create Competing Materials.
Subscriptions And Recurring Access
If Monthly Or Other Recurring Access Is Offered, The Price, Billing Interval, Renewal Terms, And Cancellation Method Will Be Disclosed Before Enrollment. By Affirmatively Enrolling, The Customer Authorizes Recurring Charges Until Cancellation.
Cancellation Stops Future Renewal Charges When Completed Before The Next Billing Date. Access Normally Continues Through The End Of The Paid Billing Period Unless The Account Is Terminated For Misuse Or A Different Result Is Required By Law.
Acceptable Use
