This Policy Explains Ownership Of Website And Educational Materials, The Limited License Granted To Customers, Prohibited Distribution, Treatment Of User Materials, Webinar Recording Rules, And Reasonable Confidentiality Practices.
Protected Materials
The Website, Curriculum, Lesson Structure, Live Presentations, Recordings, Videos, Written Lessons, Guides, Checklists, Templates, Worksheets, Graphics, Photographs, Page Layouts, Branding, And Original Compilations Are Owned By Or Licensed To The Business And Are Protected By Copyright, Trademark, And Other Applicable Law.
Limited Personal License
A Valid Purchase Grants The Named Customer A Limited, Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable, Revocable License To Access And Use The Purchased Materials For Personal Household Education During The Stated Access Period.
The License Does Not Transfer Ownership Or Grant Commercial, Resale, Publication, Broadcasting, Training, Or Sublicensing Rights.
Permitted Personal Use
A Customer May View Purchased Content And May Print A Reasonable Number Of Copies Of Materials Specifically Designed For Printing For Use Within The Customer’s Own Household.
A Customer May Add Personal Notes To A Permitted Copy. Alteration Does Not Create Ownership Of The Underlying Material.
Prohibited Distribution And Commercial Use
Without Prior Written Permission, A User May Not:
- Copy Or Distribute Materials To The Public, A Workplace, A Client, A Membership Group, Or An Online Community.
- Resell, License, Rent, Upload, Republish, Translate, Broadcast, Or Place Materials In A Shared Repository.
- Use Materials To Create A Competing Course, Guide, Template Pack, Webinar, Coaching Service, Or Commercial Training Program.
- Remove Copyright, Trademark, Attribution, Access, Or Rights Notices.
- Use Automated Tools To Scrape, Extract, Reproduce, Or Train A System On Protected Content Without Written Permission.
Account And Household Sharing
Account Access Is Limited To The Named User Unless A Program Description Expressly Includes Household Access. Credentials May Not Be Shared With Friends, Colleagues, Clients, Or Members Of An Organization.
Live Session Recording
Participants May Not Audio Record, Video Record, Photograph, Screen Capture, Stream, Or Transcribe A Live Session Without Prior Written Permission.
If An Official Recording Is Offered, The Recording Remains Protected And May Be Accessed Only Under The Applicable Personal License.
Participant Names And Contributions
Participants Must Respect The Privacy Of Other Attendees. Names, Images, Voices, Questions, Household Details, And Comments From A Session May Not Be Shared Outside The Session Without The Individual’s Permission.
User-Owned Materials
A User Retains Ownership Of Original Text, Photographs, Or Other Materials The User Submits. The User Grants A Limited Permission To Review, Store, Reproduce, Or Transmit Those Materials Only As Reasonably Necessary To Provide The Requested Service, Support The Account, Resolve A Dispute, Maintain Security, Or Comply With Law.
The User Represents That The Submitted Material Does Not Violate Another Person’s Rights.
Feedback And Suggestions
General Feedback, Ideas, Or Suggestions May Be Used To Improve Services Without Payment Or Attribution, Provided Personal Data Is Handled Consistently With The Privacy Policy.
Do Not Submit Confidential Business Plans, Trade Secrets, Unpublished Commercial Materials, Or Proprietary Methods Through A General Feedback Form.
Confidentiality Practices

Survival
Ownership, License Limits, Confidentiality Duties, Payment Obligations, And Enforcement Rights Continue After Access Or An Account Ends To The Extent Necessary To Give Them Effect.
