01

General Standard

Refund Eligibility Depends On The Service Type, The Time Of The Request, Whether Delivery Or Access Has Begun, The Amount Of Content Used, And Any Mandatory Rights Under Applicable Law.

Requests Must Be Made In Good Faith And Must Include Sufficient Information To Identify The Purchase.

02

Live Cleaning Webinars

A Customer May Request A Full Refund For A Live Webinar If The Request Is Received At Least Forty-Eight Hours Before The Scheduled Start Time.

A Request Received Less Than Forty-Eight Hours Before The Start May Be Eligible For One Reschedule Or Account Credit, Subject To Availability. A Refund Is Not Normally Available After The Webinar Begins Or When A Registered Participant Does Not Attend.

If A Participant Is Unable To Join Because Of A Verified Platform Failure Controlled By Us, We Will First Attempt To Provide A Replacement Link, Recording, Reschedule, Credit, Or Other Reasonable Remedy.

03

Home Organization Courses

A Self-Paced Course Refund Request Must Be Submitted Within Seven Calendar Days Of Purchase. Eligibility Requires That The Customer Has Not Completed, Viewed, Or Downloaded A Substantial Portion Of The Course.

As A General Administrative Standard, Access To More Than Twenty Percent Of The Core Course Content May Be Treated As Substantial Use. This Standard May Be Adjusted Where Required By Law Or Where Technical Records Do Not Fairly Reflect Actual Use.

04

Cleaning Planning Guides

A Digital Guide Is Normally Non-Refundable After The File Has Been Downloaded Or The Complete Content Has Been Made Available. A Remedy May Be Provided If The File Is Defective, Cannot Be Opened In A Reasonably Supported Format, Or Is Materially Different From Its Description.

05

Digital Checklists And Templates

Downloadable Checklists, Planners, Trackers, And Templates Are Normally Non-Refundable Once Downloaded Because They Can Be Retained And Used Immediately.

If A File Is Corrupted, Incomplete, Or Delivered In The Wrong Format, The Customer Should Report The Issue Within Seven Calendar Days. We Will Attempt Replacement Delivery Before Determining Whether A Refund Is Appropriate.

06

Storage And Organization Lessons

A Scheduled Individual Or Small-Group Online Lesson May Be Cancelled For A Full Refund At Least Forty-Eight Hours Before The Start. Later Requests May Be Eligible For One Reschedule At Our Discretion.

Once A Live Lesson Has Been Substantially Delivered, It Is Not Normally Refundable.

07

On-Demand Video Lessons

A Recorded Video Lesson Refund Request Must Be Submitted Within Seven Calendar Days Of Purchase And Before Substantial Viewing.

Viewing More Than Twenty Percent Of A Lesson, Completing The Lesson, Or Downloading Associated Materials May Be Treated As Substantial Use, Subject To Applicable Law And Fair Review Of The Circumstances.

08

Online Learning Platform Access

A Customer May Cancel Monthly Platform Access At Any Time Before The Next Billing Date. Cancellation Stops Future Renewal Charges And Normally Leaves Access Active Through The End Of The Current Paid Period.

Monthly Charges Are Not Normally Prorated For Partial Use Of A Billing Period. A Refund May Be Considered For A Duplicate Charge, Unauthorized Charge, Material Technical Failure, Or Other Circumstance Required By Law.

09

Provider Cancellation Or Rescheduling

If We Cancel A Paid Live Event And Do Not Offer A Reasonable Replacement, The Amount Paid For That Event Will Be Refunded.

If An Event Is Rescheduled, A Participant Who Cannot Attend The Replacement Date May Request A Credit, Recording Where Appropriate, Transfer, Or Refund For The Affected Event.

We Are Not Responsible For Unrelated Travel, Equipment, Childcare, Internet, Lost Time, Or Third-Party Costs.

10

Technical Problems

Customers Must Report Technical Problems Promptly And Provide Reasonable Details, Such As Device Type, Browser, Error Message, And The Program Affected.

We Must Be Given A Reasonable Opportunity To Restore Access, Replace A File, Provide An Alternative Format, Or Reschedule A Session. If The Purchased Content Cannot Be Delivered Within A Reasonable Time, An Appropriate Credit Or Refund May Be Issued.

11

Incorrect Or Duplicate Orders

A Duplicate Purchase Or Accidental Purchase Should Be Reported As Soon As Possible. A Verified Duplicate Charge Will Be Corrected. An Unused Accidental Purchase May Be Eligible For Cancellation Before Access Or Download Occurs.

12

Promotional Purchases And Bundles

Refunds For Bundles Are Based On The Portion Used And The Non-Discounted Value Of Content Already Accessed. Promotional Credits And Gifted Access Are Not Redeemable For Cash Unless Required By Law.

13

Abuse And Policy Violations

A Refund May Be Denied Where Access Was Suspended For Credential Sharing, Unauthorized Distribution, Fraud, Chargeback Abuse, Harassment, Security Misuse, Or Other Material Violation Of The Terms Of Service.

14

How To Request A Cancellation Or Refund

A Request Should Include The Customer’s Full Name, Purchase Email, Program Name, Transaction Date, Amount, Reason For The Request, And The Requested Resolution.

Requests Are Reviewed Based On Transaction Records, Access Records, Delivery Status, Communications, And Applicable Law. We May Ask For Additional Information Reasonably Necessary To Confirm The Purchase.

15

Refund Method And Timing

Approved Refunds Are Normally Issued To The Original Payment Method. After A Refund Is Initiated, The Payment Provider Or Financial Institution Controls The Time Required For The Credit To Appear.

If The Original Method Is Unavailable, An Alternative Method May Be Used Where Lawful And Operationally Reasonable.

16

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing In This Policy Limits A Non-Waivable Right Or Remedy Available Under Applicable Consumer Law. Where A Mandatory Rule Provides Greater Protection, That Rule Controls.
