01

Available Delivery Formats

Services May Be Delivered Through Scheduled Video Webinars, Live Online Lessons, Recorded Video, Downloadable Documents, Email Instructions, Learner Accounts, Worksheets, Checklists, Templates, Or A Third-Party Learning Platform.

The Order Description Or Confirmation Identifies The Main Delivery Format And Any Stated Access Period.

02

Delivery Timing

Live Event Access Information Is Normally Sent Before The Scheduled Start. Digital Downloads Or Account Access Are Normally Provided After Successful Payment And Required Verification.

Delivery May Be Delayed By Payment Review, Incorrect Contact Information, Platform Maintenance, Security Review, Or Circumstances Outside Reasonable Control. Customers Should Contact Us If A Confirmation Or Access Message Is Not Received Within The Time Stated At Purchase.

03

Technical Requirements

The Learner Is Responsible For A Compatible Device, Current Browser, Stable Internet Connection, Working Email Address, And Any Basic Software Or Account Identified In The Program Description.

Live Participation May Require Speakers, Headphones, A Microphone, Or A Camera. The Learner Should Test Equipment Before The Scheduled Start.

04

Email And Account Accuracy

The Learner Must Provide Accurate Contact And Account Information And Must Review Access Instructions, Schedule Notices, Billing Messages, And Support Responses.

The Learner Should Check Spam Or Junk Folders, Maintain Available Inbox Capacity, And Promptly Update An Email Address That Is No Longer Available.

05

Live Session Attendance

Participants Should Join A Live Session Several Minutes Early. Late Arrival Does Not Require An Extension. A Participant Who Cannot Attend Must Follow The Cancellation And Refund Policy.

Participants Must Use A Respectful Display Name And Must Not Disrupt, Harass, Record, Or Expose Private Information About Other Participants.

06

Household Information Supplied By The Learner

Where Educational Suggestions Depend On Household Size, Room Use, Schedule, Storage Limits, General Goals, Or Available Time, The Learner Is Responsible For Providing Accurate And Relevant Information.

Do Not Submit Photographs Or Information That Reveal Unnecessary Personal, Medical, Financial, Security, Or Location Details.

07

Implementation Responsibility

The Learner Decides Whether A Method Is Suitable For The Home, Occupants, Physical Abilities, Materials, Products, Appliances, Pets, Children, Ventilation, Local Conditions, And Available Resources.

Educational Suggestions Should Be Adapted Rather Than Followed When A Manufacturer Instruction, Property Rule, Safety Warning, Professional Recommendation, Or Legal Requirement Indicates A Different Approach.

08

Product And Chemical Safety

The Learner Must Read And Follow Product Labels, Safety Data, Manufacturer Instructions, Surface-Care Requirements, Ventilation Directions, Dilution Rules, Storage Instructions, And Protective-Equipment Guidance.

Household Chemicals Must Not Be Mixed Unless The Manufacturers Expressly Confirm Compatibility. Products Must Be Kept In Original Labeled Containers And Stored Away From Children, Pets, Food, Heat, And Incompatible Materials.

09

Special And Hazardous Conditions

General Educational Services Are Not Appropriate For Mold, Asbestos, Lead, Sewage, Fire Residue, Bodily Fluids, Needles, Infestations, Structural Damage, Gas Leaks, Unknown Chemicals, Or Other Hazardous Conditions.

The Learner Must Stop Work And Contact An Appropriately Qualified Professional Or Emergency Service When A Condition Presents A Health, Fire, Chemical, Electrical, Structural, Or Environmental Risk.

10

Accessibility And Accommodation Requests

A Learner Who Needs A Reasonable Digital Accessibility Adjustment Should Contact Us Before A Scheduled Service Where Practical And Describe The Barrier And Requested Support.

We Will Consider Reasonable Options Such As Alternative File Formats, Captions Where Available, Written Instructions, Or Rescheduling, Subject To Technical And Operational Limits.

11

Access Periods And Downloads

Some Programs Have A Defined Access Period. The Learner Is Responsible For Reviewing Content And Saving Permitted Downloads Before Access Expires.

Expiration Of A Clearly Disclosed Access Period Does Not Automatically Create A Refund Right.

12

Personal Use And Account Security

Access Is Personal And May Not Be Resold, Publicly Posted, Shared Through A Repository, Or Distributed To Persons Outside The Permitted User Or Household.

The Learner Must Protect Passwords And Report Suspected Unauthorized Access. Shared Or Compromised Credentials May Be Reset Or Suspended.

13

Support Boundaries

Support Covers Reasonable Questions About Access, Delivery, Billing, And The Purchased Educational Material. Support Does Not Include Emergency Response, On-Site Cleaning, Product Testing, Hazard Evaluation, Legal Interpretation, Medical Assessment, Repair, Or Unlimited Individual Coaching.

14

Our Delivery Responsibilities

We Will Use Reasonable Care To Describe Programs Accurately, Deliver Confirmed Access, Prepare Educational Materials, Protect Account Information, Communicate Material Schedule Changes, And Address Reported Access Problems.

We May Replace An Instructor, Platform, File Format, Or Supporting Material When The Essential Educational Purpose Remains Substantially The Same.

15

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Performance May Be Delayed By Severe Weather, Power Failure, Internet Outage, Platform Failure, Illness, Government Action, Cybersecurity Incident, Labor Disruption, Natural Disaster, Or Another Event Outside Reasonable Control.

Where A Material Service Cannot Be Delivered, We Will Consider A Reschedule, Alternative Delivery, Credit, Or Refund Consistent With The Cancellation And Refund Policy.

16

Failure To Meet Learner Responsibilities

Failure To Attend, Review Instructions, Maintain Compatible Equipment, Use Correct Contact Information, Follow Safety Instructions, Or Implement The Educational Material Does Not Normally Create Refund Eligibility.
